Have you ever thought about the Power of Community? The Power of Connection? The Power of a Tribe?

It's time we start opening up to this Power. The Power that enables us to Create and Expand and Ascend. This Power is Limitless. But it requires Togetherness.

We struggle when we feel (or perceive) that we are alone and that we must go-it-alone. That no one can relate. That we will be judged. That we're not good enough. That everyone else has it figured out (except for us).

We soar when we feel Heard. Supported. Nurtured. Loved. Valued. Understood. CONNECTED.

Sometimes, it's as simple as surrounding yourself with people (either physically or even energetically). The right people. Your Heart & Soul Tribe. Sometimes we just need others that can hold the space for us. So that we can breathe a bit fuller and relax a bit deeper.

Family (in whatever form it may be), Community, and Connection is some of the best medicine on this planet.

So how can you today create a bit more Community and Connectedness in your life? Not just for yourself, but for others as well?

How can we all start holding space for each other? Because when we have this connectedness, there are no limits to what is possible.

Is there someone you know that could use a bit more support? Try silently and energetically holding space for them to rest into. All you need to do is envision this and the benefits will ripple out to those who need it.

As you go through your day, ask yourself: how can I be a bit more connected? How can I create a space for expansion, not only for myself, but for others. Because when one of us expands, we all expand. But when one of us contracts, we all contract.
