Welcome, from my Heart & Soul, to Yours. I'm Sara, a full-time World-Wanderer and Heart & Soul Nutritionist sharing all things related to Body, Life, Food, Freedom, Universal Magic and Love.

Following the not-so-gentle tug of my Heart & Soul has led me to a most Unexpected and Unordinary Life. A Life filled with uncertainty, whimsical happenings, magical experiences, and challenges through which I had no choice but to expand and grow. I've packed up my things (and tossed, sold, or donated everything else) to follow this Heart & Soul calling and have hit the World's Road with no itinerary and no plan. Only a fierce vision, a deep-pulsing feeling and boundless optimism and light ahead of me. It is here that I will share my life. My travels. My love for food, nutrition, health, movement and the body. I will do my best to be fully honest and fully tranparent. To share my humanity with yours. To share my Heart & Soul, with yours. It is in this space that I desire our conversations to expand; to ones of endless opportunity, depth of feeling and connection, thoughts of limitlessness, and thrilling excitement where truly, we believe, anything IS possible.
